Ophaalinformatie voor luchthaven Boekarest

Prepare for your private transfer from Henri Coandă Airport (OTP): agree the meeting point, share your flight details and keep your driver contact instructions available.

Where to meet your driver

For a pre-booked transfer, the service offers meet and greet in arrivals with a name sign. Confirm your precise meeting point with the booking team before departure and keep the instructions on your phone. If the driver is not visible, stay at the agreed location and call +40 751 999 290.

Henri Coandă Airport is also known as Otopeni Airport and uses the code OTP. Check this against your flight booking: Bucharest Băneasa is a separate airport.

Your pickup checklist

Before travel: provide your flight number, arrival date, local time, passenger count and full destination address.
Before confirming: ask for the exact meeting point, included waiting period and cancellation terms. Add child-seat or oversized-luggage needs.
After landing: collect your luggage and follow the agreed meeting instructions. Keep your contact phone available.
If plans change: contact the team with your name, flight number and revised information. Confirm any change to the pickup.

Flight delays and delayed baggage

Add the flight number to the booking notes so your arrival can be monitored. If the flight number or travel day changes, tell the booking team directly. For slow baggage collection, contact the team while you are still in the terminal and confirm the waiting arrangements.

Confirm how long waiting is included, when the waiting period begins and how any extra waiting is charged before booking. Keep that confirmation with your trip details.

Returning to the airport
